      • WE RECOMMEND YOU EAT A SMALL MEAL 30-60 MINUTES BEFORE YOU GO PADDLING- IT GIVES YOU THE ENERGY TO PADDLE FOR A WHILE

      • STAYING HYDRATED BEFORE AND AFTER YOU PADDLE IS VERY IMPORTANT.  YOU CAN ALWAYS BRING A BOTTLE OF WATER WITH YOU AND STRAP IT TO YOU BOARD TOO.
